Privacy policy

The controller of your data is Adelmi, based in Ecuador. For any privacy-related matter you can write to us at support@adelmi.io.

We process your data in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy rules of your jurisdiction.

AdelBet works without an account or login: we do not ask for your email, password or name, and we do not collect data that identifies you personally. We collect the bare minimum needed to validate your subscription:

• Anonymous app identifier: a random code (UUID) generated on your device and stored locally, which links your subscription to the app. It is not associated with your name, email or any personal identity.
• Subscription and purchase data: handled through RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play. It includes the store transaction identifier, the product purchased, the subscription status, the platform and the renewal date. We do not store your card numbers.
• Technical data: platform (iOS/Android), app version and identifiers needed to validate the purchase and ensure security.
• On-device preferences: your settings (odds format, default amount) are stored only in your device's secure storage and are not sent to us as personal data.

We process this data to: validate your subscription and give you access to premium features (performance of the contract), prevent fraud and ensure security (legitimate interest and legal obligation), and operate, maintain and improve the Service (legitimate interest). As we don't have your email, we show any relevant notices inside the app.

We do not use your data to make gambling decisions on your behalf. Our AI models analyze sports data, not your personal information, to generate predictions.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third-party artificial intelligence systems or providers to train their models.

We share only what is strictly necessary with trusted providers that process it on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements: RevenueCat (subscription management and validation), the App Store and Google Play (payment and transaction processing) and cloud infrastructure (AWS). We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.

Some of our providers may process data outside your country. When this happens, we apply appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information in line with the LOPDP and the GDPR.

AdelBet does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not show ads or build advertising profiles.

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. When you delete your account, we erase or anonymize your personal data except where we must retain it by legal obligation.

We apply encryption in transit, access controls and security best practices to protect your information.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and port your data, as well as not to be subject to automated decisions with legal effects. To exercise them, write to us at support@adelmi.io; we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

You can also withdraw your consent at any time (for example, by disabling permissions in settings) and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: in Ecuador, the Superintendence of Personal Data Protection.

To delete your data, email us at support@adelmi.io. Since we don't use accounts, there is no profile to close: we will erase the anonymous app identifier and your subscription record without undue delay. Subscription cancellation is done from the App Store or Google Play.

AdelBet is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us to delete it.
