Terms and conditions

AdelBet is a service operated by Adelmi, based in Ecuador (the “Provider”, “we”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdelBet mobile app and associated website (together, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the Service.

AdelBet provides statistical analysis, predictive models and metrics (estimated probability, expected value “EV”, reference odds and suggested stake) for sporting events. All information is indicative and educational in nature.

AdelBet is not a bookmaker or a gambling operator. We do not organize gambling, accept wagers, process or hold gambling funds, or facilitate real-money betting within the Service. Any decisions you make on third-party platforms are your sole responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using AdelBet you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for verifying that the use of prediction apps and any related activity is legal in your country or region. The Service is not directed to people in jurisdictions where such use is illegal.

AdelBet works without registration or login. Your access to premium features is linked to an anonymous app identifier and to your store subscription (App Store or Google Play). You are responsible for the device you access from; to move your subscription to a new device, use the “Restore purchases” option. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.

AdelBet offers premium features via an auto-renewing subscription managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). The price and period are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.

The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management, renewal and cancellation are handled from the relevant store account; we have no access to your payment details.

Refunds are governed by the App Store or Google Play policies. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our predictions without written authorization;
• extract data from the Service through automated means (scraping) or reverse engineering;
• attempt to breach the security or integrity of the Service;
• use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to promote gambling to minors.

Sporting outcomes are inherently uncertain. Historical hit-rate or ROI metrics reflect past performance and do not guarantee future results.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. AdelBet assumes no liability for financial losses arising from gambling decisions made based on the information in the Service.

The AdelBet brand, its design, models, algorithms and content are owned by Adelmi and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdelBet and Adelmi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses of money, profits or opportunities related to the use of the Service or to gambling decisions on third-party platforms.

We promote responsible gaming. Only risk what you can afford to lose and set limits. See our Responsible gaming page for principles, warning signs and help resources.

We may update these Terms at any time; we will notify you of relevant changes within the app. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the current version.

We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access for breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
